A sun room can provide a perfect addition to your your new build home providing an area to relax and view the garden whatever the weather.

Richmond Oak provides beautiful sunrooms and conservatories designed and manufactured in the highest grade oak - Quercus Robus. Oak is a beautiful material which can be naturally oiled to accentuate the wood grain or painted. Its durability is unquestionable and has been proven over the years. In fact many oak framed buildings have stood strong and robust for centuries.

We offer a national installation service and can send a designer to visit you in whatever county you live in.  So whether you live in the new forest of HampshireWorcestershire in the West Midlands, the historic city of Cambridgeshire or the County of Oxfordshire, we can bespoke design your conservatory sunroom for you.

There is often confusion between a DIY sunroom and a modular sunroom. Many DIY sunrooms offered by competitive companies are cheap modular options, which will not compliment a bespoke build house. At Richmond Oak each DIY sunroom is designed especially for your property. We can design direct onto your architects cad drawings or visit your home and discuss your plans and aspirations.

We do no just offer a supply only service. We will survey, design and install conservatories in any of the 32 counties listed on our website as far a field as Dorset in the South west through to Leicestershire in the Midlands, Suffolk in East Anglia and across to Berkshire

Why oak?

Oak has been the favoured building timber for architects, designers and boat builders for years. Not only are many of our stately homes built with oak frames, oak was also the backbone of our naval power. In fact the new forest in Hampshire was specifically nurtured to grow oak trees that would be felled by future generations for our warships.

Oak is considered the King of woods and is often referred to as ‘Royal Oak’ Unlike many of the cheap substitutes brought in from other continents, oak will last for centuries.

Oak is a beautiful wood and is used extensively for upscale kitchens, floorboards and staircases.

An oak sunroom will not only compliment your home , but also provide much pleasure for years.
